Service & Warranty
Haiyi provides to all our clients a 12 month warranty period, where as any defects or unfinished work will be rectified by Haiyi. In conjunction with the warranty, Haiyi provides excellent follow up services.
   
  • Haiyi corrects all outstanding defects assures the clients satisfaction by checking and certifying defects corrections.
  • Haiyi provides the clients with the necessary contacts of agents, services, vendors, engineers and other subcontractors along with specified material listing and maintenance information in a Client Handbook.
  • Haiyi warranty period includes Haiyi to provide as-built drawing of furniture layouts and fixed partitions. Obtain as-built drawings of building services from contractors.
